Participant names, Blind Structure and Format to be pre-arranged.

The TD will arrive at least 30mins prior to the scheduled game start to ensure the set up is complete and to confirm or make any adjustments to guest lists, seating arrangements, Blinds Up Software display and to complete any media requirements for advertisement usage.

Staff will have a maximum of 40mins to pack away equipment and complete any media requirements.

Dealers can accept tips at the end of the night but it is not mandatory but appreciated.

Any positive feedback and constructive criticisim would be gratefully received to help improve our services. Any issues should firstly be discussed with the Event Staff as this can often resolve any problems, but if not then please email us directly.
