Welcome to Ace-sist: Poker Events Management.

We aim to provide you with a professional and fun poker experience whether it's an 8 person home game, pub/social club games or charity and corporate events at a reasonable, budget-friendlier cost.

For our multi-table tournaments we use 13.5gram ABS poker with printed denominations, premium poker table-tops, 100% plastic playing cards, acryillic 'Dealer' buttons, a Dealer on each table and a dedicated and modern poker timer software solution to display on a big screen tv or projector and a Tournament Director to oversee the running of the game from start to finish for a casino-esque experience.

For a enhanced home game for upto 9 players, we will use 10gram Ceramic poker chips and a stand-alone premium poker table with LED lighting.

Also unlike other providers we wont hide our prices. We will display our basic packages and list any potential extras so you can tailor your event to your budget.

We arrive at least 30mins prior to your advertised game time to set up equipment. Only pre-invited guests may participate.

We will communicate with you every step of the way prior to the event with regards to:

Buy-in - How much it costs player to enter,

Format - Freezeout, Re-buy, Re-entry. These are explained on the 'Game Formats' page.

Starting Stack - How many chips are given to each player at the start of the game,

Blind Strucure - How quickly the levels increase in the game and total length of the game,

Other components - number of participating players, prize pay-out amounts, Bounties (an award for each player eliminated), whether it is a single table or multi-table event (maximum of 40 players), rules of play and player etiquette.

Our Dealers use the current Official Tournament Director Association rules to ensure fairness, game integrity and consistent rulings for each game. A copy of these rules will be available upon request at each event and a copy can be requested via email prior to the event. The Dealer or Tournament Director has Final say on all rulings. Some rulings may be made that do not follow the technical rules but will be done with the best interests of the game at all times.

Currently we are covering Chelmsford, Romford, Hornchurch, Harlow and Brentwood areas.
